Amendment of section 17 13 . In section 17 of the principal Act , in sub-section (2),- (i) in clause (d), for the words may be specified. , the words may be specified; and shall be substituted; (ii) after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- (e) be responsible for complying with the requirements under any law for the time being in force on behalf of the corporate debtor. .
