Amendment of section 22 16. In section 22 of the principal Act ,- (a) in sub-section (2), for the word, seventy-five , the word sixty-six shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (3),- (i) in clause (a), after the words resolution professional , the words subject to a written consent from the interim resolution professional in the specified form shall be inserted; (ii) in clause (b), after the words appointment of the proposed resolution professional , the words along with a written consent from the proposed resolution professional in the specified form shall be inserted.
