Definitions. 2. In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) Act means the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992); (b) Annexure means an Annexure appended to the Form; (c) Form means a form appended to these rules; (d) all other words and expressions used in these rules, but not defined, and defined in the Act, shall have the same meaning respectively assigned to them in the Act.
