Regulation 20 - Procedure - Securities and Exchange Board of India (Settlement Proceedings) Regulations, 2018

Procedure. 20. (1) The provisions of Chapters IV to VI of these regulations may be applied mutatis mutandis to a settlement application filed under this Chapter and a settlement order passed accordingly. (2) The information, documents and evidence provided by the applicant under this chapter shall be submitted in the manner specified by the Board.
