Applicability. 3. These regulations shall apply to - 1 [ (a) issuance and listing of municipal debt securities by an issuer by way of public issuance; and (b) issuance and listing of municipal debt securities by an issuer on private placement basis which are intended/disclosed to be listed on a recognised stock exchange. ] ************* NOTES:- 1. Substituted vide NOTIFICATION No. SEBI/LAD-NRO/GN/2019/40 dated 27-09-2019 before it was read as, (a) public issue of debt securities; and (b) listing of debt securities issued through public issue or on private placement basis on a recognised stock exchange.
