1 [ Term sheet ] and application forms. 10. (1) The issuer and 3 [ lead manager ] shall ensure that: (a) every application form issued by the issuer is accompanied by a copy of the 1 [ term sheet ] ; (b) the 1 [ term sheet ] shall not contain matters which are extraneous to the contents of the 2 [ offer document ] ; (c) adequate space shall be provided in the application form to enable the investors to fill in various details like name, address, etc. 4 [ Provided that where the issuer is a body corporate to which the Companies Act, 2013 applies, the term sheet may be read as abridged prospectus. ] (2) The issuer may provide the facility for subscription of application in electronic mode. ************** NOTES:- 1.
