CHAPTER III COMMON OBLIGATIONS OF LISTED ENTITIES General obligation of compliance. 5. The listed entity shall ensure that key managerial personnel, directors, promoters or any other person dealing with the listed entity, complies with responsibilities or obligations, if any, assigned to them under these regulations 1 [ : ] 2 [ Provided that the key managerial personnel, directors, promoter, promoter group or any other person dealing with the listed entity shall disclose to the listed entity all information that is relevant and necessary for the listed entity to ensure compliance with the applicable laws. ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
