Record Date 60. 1 [ (1) The listed entity shall fix a record date as per sub-regulation (7) of regulation 23 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue and Listing of Non-Convertible Securities) Regulations, 2021. ] (2) The listed entity shall give notice in advance of at least 2 [ three ] working days (excluding the date of intimation and the record date) to the recognised stock exchange(s) of the record date or of as many days as the stock exchange(s) may agree to or require specifying the purpose of the record date. *************** NOTES:- 1.
