Procedure for grant of certificate 6. (1) The Board on being satisfied that the applicant fulfils, the requirements specified in regulation 4 shall send intimation to the applicant and on receipt of the payment of registration fees as specified in Schedule II, grant certificate of registration in Form B under Schedule I: Provided that the Board may grant in-principle approval to the 1 [trust], where it deems fit and on satisfaction of all requirements as specified in regulation 4, grant final registration to the 2 [trust].
