Procedure for grant of certificate. 6. (1) The Board on being satisfied that the 1 [trust] fulfils, the requirements specified in regulation 4 shall send intimation to the [trust] and on receipt of the payment of registration fees as specified in Schedule II, grant certificate of registration in Form B under Schedule I.
