Furnishing of information and clarification. 5. (1) The Board may require the applicant to furnish further information or clarifications, regarding matters relevant to the activity of such an intermediary or which may otherwise be considered necessary by the Board, to consider and dispose of the application. (2) The applicant shall furnish such information and clarification to the satisfaction of the Board, within the time specified in this regard by the Board.
