Intimation of the order. 30. (1) Every report made by a designated authority and every order passed by the 1 [ competent authority ] under this Chapter shall be dated and signed. (2) A copy of the order passed under this Chapter shall be sent to the noticee and also uploaded on the website of the Board. (3) If the noticee is a member of a stock exchange, clearing corporation, a depository or a self-regulatory organization, a copy of the order shall also be sent to the concerned stock exchange, clearing corporation, depository or self regulatory organization. *************** NOTES:- 1.
