Regulation 21 - Repeal and Savings - Securities And Exchange Board of India(Central Listing Authority) Regulations, 2003

Repeal and Savings 21 (1) The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Central Listing Authority) Regulations, 2003 notified by the Board vide S.O. No. 171(E) dated 13th February, 2003 are hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal the Authority constituted under regulation 3 of the regulations hereby repealed shall be deemed to be appointed under the corresponding provisions of these regulations; and, anything done or any action taken or purported to have been done or taken, including any notice issued under the regulations hereby repealed shall, in so far as it is not inconsistent with the provisions of these regulations, be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of these regulations.
