[ 1 ]13. Communication of information relating to offences. The Commission shall communicate information in respect of the commission of any offence under the Act to the concerned authorities and assist such authorities in scrutinizing documents referred to by them and in rendering such expert advice as may be required by them. ******** [1] Newly introduced by the Forward Contracts (Regulation) (Amendment) Rules, 1970 on the 6th October, 1970.
