Regulation 26F - Listing of units - Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014

1 [26F. Listing of units 2 [ (1) ] An InvIT which has issued units in terms of the provisions of this Chapter, may list such units on a recognised stock exchange, subject to it complying with the requirements specified for privately placed and listed InvIT under these regulations and in the manner specified by the Board from time to time. ] 3 [ (2) Notwithstanding anything contained in these regulations, the Board may grant any exemptions to the InvITs which have issued units in terms of the provisions of this Chapter, from these regulations, for the purpose of facilitating listing the units of such InvITs on a recognized stock exchange having nationwide trading terminals. ] *************** NOTES:- 1.
