1 [Over subscription 11A. (1) Issuers shall be allowed to retain the over-subscription money up to 100% of the Base Issue size but not exceeding the rated size or any lower limit as specified in the offer document, if any. (2) For the issuers filing a shelf offer document, oversubscription may be retained up to the total size of the shelf offer document. ] ************* NOTES:- 1.
