PART C COLLECTION OF REGULATORY FEES BY FOREIGN PORTFOLIO INVESTOR FROM ODI SUBSCRIBERS [See sub-regulation (4) of Regulation 21] Regulatory Fee (1) A foreign portfolio investor shall collect the regulatory fee of 1 [ US $800 ] or any other amount, as may be specified by the Board from time to time, from every subscriber of offshore derivative instrument issued by it and deposit the same with the Board by way of electronic transfer in the designated bank account of the Board.
