Amendment of section 5. 2. In section 5 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016) (hereafter referred to as the principal Act),- (i) in clause (12), the proviso shall be omitted; (ii) in clause (15), after the words during the insolvency resolution process period occurring at the end, the words and such other debt as may be notified shall be inserted.
