Amendment of section 465. 66 . In section 465 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1),- (a) the first proviso shall be omitted; (b) in the second proviso, for the words Provided further that , the words Provided that shall be substituted; (c) in the third proviso, for the words Provided also that , the words Provided further that shall be substituted.
