MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (Legislative Department) New Delhi, the 28th September, 2020/Asvina 6, 1942 (Saka) The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 28th September, 2020 and is hereby published for general information:- THE FOREIGN CONTRIBUTION (REGULATION) AMENDMENT ACT, 2020 NO. 33 OF 2020 [ 28th September, 2020 .] An Act further to amend the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-first Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title and commencement 1 . (1) This Act may be called the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Act, 2020. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint. ************** NOTES:- 1.
