Section 3 - Substitution of new section for section 7 - The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Amendment Act, 2020

Substitution of new section for section 7. 3. For section 7 of the principal Act, the following section shall be substituted, namely:- Prohibition to transfer foreign contribution to other person. 7. No person who- (a) is registered and granted a certificate or has obtained prior permission under this Act; and (b) receives any foreign contribution, shall transfer such foreign contribution to any other person. . ************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force w.e.f. 29th day of September, 2020 vide Notification No. S.O. 3395(E) dated 29-09-2020
