Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Producer Companies Rules, 2021

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th February, 2021 G.S.R. 112(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 378H and sub-section (1) of section 378ZL read with sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 469 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) , and in supersession of the Producer Companies (General Reserve) Rules, 2003 , except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement .- (1) These rules may be called the Producer Companies Rules, 2021. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
