AS INTRODUCED IN LOK SABHA Bill No. 19 of 2021 THE TRIBUNALS REFORMS (RATIONALISATION AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE) BILL, 2021 A BILL further to amend the Cinematograph Act, 1952, the Customs Act, 1962, the Airports Authority of India Act, 1994, the Trade Marks Act, 1999 and the Protection of Plant Varieties and Farmers Rights Act, 2001 and certain other Acts. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:- CHAPTER I PRELIMINARY Short title and commencement. 1. (1) This Act may be called the Tribunals Reforms (Rationalisation and Conditions of Service) Act, 2021. (2) Save as otherwise provided in this Act, it shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint: Provided that different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act and any reference in any such provision to the commencement of this Act shall be construed as a reference to the coming into force of that provision.
