6. Pre-packaged insolvency resolution process costs. For the purposes of sub-clause (e) of clause (23C) of section 5, pre-packaged insolvency resolution process costs shall mean- (a) fee payable to authorised representative under sub-regulation (5) of regulation 34; (b) out of pocket expenses of authorised representative for discharge of his functions under section 25A; and (c) any other cost directly relating to the process and approved by the committee.
