Price Discovery and Book building 33. (1) The issuer may determine the price and/or coupon of debt securities and non-convertible redeemable preference shares in consultation with the lead manager. (2) The issue of debt securities and non-convertible redeemable preference shares may be at fixed price and fixed coupon or the issuer may determine the demand and price or coupon of the debt securities and non-convertible redeemable preference shares through book building process in accordance with the procedure as may be specified by the Board.
