MINISTRY OF LAW AND JUSTICE (Legislative Department) New Delhi, the 13th August, 2021/ Sravana 22, 1943 (Saka) The following Act of Parliament received the assent of the President on the 13th August, 2021, and is hereby published for general information:- THE LIMITED LIABILITY PARTNERSHIP (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2021 NO. 31 OF 2021 [13th August, 2021.] An Act to amend the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Seventy-second Year of the Republic of India as follows:- Short title and commencement 1. (1) This Act may be called the Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021. (2) It shall come into force on such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act and any reference in any such provision to the commencement of this Act shall be construed as a reference to the coming into force of that provision.
