Section 6 - Amendment of section 13 - The Limited Liability Partnership (Amendment) Act, 2021

Amendment of section 13 6 . In section 13 of the principal Act, for sub-section (4), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- (4) If any default is made in complying with the requirements of this section, the limited liability partnership and its every partner shall be liable to a penalty of five hundred rupees for each day during which the default continues, subject to a maximum of fifty thousand rupees for the limited liability partnership and its every partner. .
