Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the India-Australia Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement) Rules, 2022

G.S.R. 897(E). -In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 (51 of 1975) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely: - 1. Short title and commencement .- (1) These rules may be called the Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the India-Australia Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement) Rules, 2022. (2) They shall come into force on the 29th day of December, 2022.
