Rule 3 - Originating Goods - Customs Tariff (Determination of Origin of Goods under the India-Australia Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement) Rules, 2022Extract 3. Originating Goods. - Except as otherwise provided in these rules, a good shall be regarded as originating if it is,- (a) wholly obtained or produced in the territory of one or both of the Parties, as provided for in rule 5; or (b) produced entirely in the territory of one or both of the Parties, using non-originating materials, provided the good satisfies all applicable requirements of rule 4 or Product Specific Rules of Origin in Annexure-B.
