Amendment of section 35. 25 . Section 35 of the principal Act shall be numbered as sub-section (1) thereof, (a) in sub-section (1) as so numbered, for the words A person or an enterprise , the words A party'' shall be substituted; (b) after sub-section (1) as so numbered, the following sub-section shall be inserted, namely: (2) Without prejudice to sub-section (1), a party may call upon experts from the fields of economics, commerce, international trade or from any other discipline to provide an expert opinion in connection with any matter related to a case. . *********** Notes:- 1.
