Appendix-10 Procedure/ Guidelines/ Proformae for export of SCOMET items/ Software/ Technology The exporter shall submit application in prescribed proforma (ANF-10A) along with following documents: 1. End user certificate/End use from buyer/consignee/intermediary/end user entity abroad in the relevant appendix. 2. Purchase Order(s)/Invoices or a document in lieu thereof; 3. Technical Specification/Technical Drawing of the product.
