Appendix-10 B(ii) (Please see Paragraph 10.09 of HBP) Proforma of Declaration for issue of authorization for Repeat Orders of SCOMET item(s) DECLARATION [To be submitted by the Indian exporter on its letterhead, duly signed in ink by authorized signatory and stamped] 1. I/we hereby declare that SCOMET application being filed by us for export of (item name, qty)__ with SCOMET category/sub category (______) to the end user _________ (name and country) for the end use ___________ (specific end use) is satisfying the criteria of Repeat Order as laid down in Paragraph 10.09 of HBP. 2.
