Appendix-3C (Please read para 3.05 of FTP) List of eligible category under MEIS if exported through using E-commerce platform Sl No. Category 1 Handicraft Items/Products 2 Handloom Products 3 Books/Periodicals 4 Leather Footwear 5 Toys 6 Customised Fashion Garments* Notes 1. The MEIS benefits on exports admissible for handicraft /handloom products shall be allowed only if the export documents show that the items exported are handicraft /handloom products respectively. 2. In case of any doubt about a product being a handicraft product, a certificate from Development Commissioner (Handicraft) shall be required. 3 * Customised Fashion Garments are garments that are made on specific request/order of customer and accordingly tailored/manufactured.
