Amendment of section 53. 22 . In section 53 of the principal Act, for sub-section (1), the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely: (1) The board may constitute an Executive Committee, and such other committees or sub-committees as may be specified in the bye-laws of the multi-State co-operative society: Provided that the board shall constitute (a) an Audit and Ethics Committee; (b) a Committee on prevention of sexual harassment at work place. .
