1 [Trustee of the employee benefit trust. 17I. (1) The trustee of the employee benefit trust shall be a trustee registered with the Board under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Debenture Trustees) Regulations, 1993. (2) The trustee of the REIT shall not act as the trustee of the employee benefit trust. (3) The employee benefit trust or its trustee shall not be eligible to vote on account of the units of the REIT held by such trust. ] *************** NOTES:- 1.
