26. Compliance by the parties for carrying out modification. (1) The parties to the combination shall, upon completion of modification, file a report along with an affidavit of compliance of the modification as per the terms and conditions of the order of the Commission under section 31 of the Act, before the Secretary within seven days of such completion. (2) Where the modification requires periodical compliance, the parties to the combination shall submit a report to the Commission as per the order of the Commission. (3) In case the parties to the combination fail to file the report under sub- regulations (1) or (2) of this regulation, the Secretary shall place the matter of such non-compliance before the Commission for appropriate directions.
