28. Orders of the Commission. (1) Where the Commission decides to pass an order under sub-sections (1) or (2) or (3) or (5) of section 31 of the Act, the Secretary shall communicate to the person who has given notice, the decision of the Commission within seven days of such decision. (2) Subject to the provisions of section 57 of the Act, and regulation 31 of these regulations, the orders passed by the Commission under section 31 of the Act shall be published on its website.
