Rule 5 - Accommodation - Competition Appellate Tribunal (Recruitment, Salaries And Other Terms And Conditions Of Service Of Officers And Other Employees) Rules, 2010

5. Accommodation . (1) The officers and employees of the Appellate Tribunal shall be eligible for general pool accommodation. (2) The officers and employees of the Appellate Tribunal including those on deputation, who are Government employees and have been allotted residential accommodation under the General Pool shall be eligible to retain the facility of Government residential accommodation. (3) The officers and employees of the Appellate Tribunal not allotted accommodation shall be, eligible for House Rent Allowance as admissible to officers and employees of the Central Government drawing similar pay scales.
