Regulation 49V - Applicability - Securities and Exchange Board of India (Mutual Funds) Regulations, 1996

1 [Applicability: 49V . (1) The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to a Specialized Investment Fund. (2) Unless the context otherwise requires, all other provisions of these regulations and the guidelines and circulars issued thereunder shall apply to a Specialized Investment Fund and the investment strategies launched under it, the trustees and the asset management companies in relation to such investment strategies, except where specific provisions are made in relation thereto under this Chapter. ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
