THE SECOND SCHEDULE (See section 24) PART I In the First Schedule to the Tariff Act, - (i) in Item No. 29, for the entry in the fourth column, the entry Fifty paise per linear metre. shall be substituted; (ii) in Item No. 72A, in the proviso to sub-item (i), - (a) the words in advance of their importation shall be omitted; (b) the words and such contract or contracts has or have been so registered before any order is made by the proper officer of customs permitting the clearance for home consumption, or deposit in a warehouse of such items, components or raw materials shall be inserted at the end.
