4. Amendment of Section 32 In section 32 of the Income-tax Act, in clause (ii) of sub-section (1), after the proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely :- Provided further that no deduction shall be allowed under this clause or clause (iii) in respect of any motor car manufactured outside India, where such motor-car is acquired by the assessee after the 28th day of February, 1975 and is used otherwise than in a business of running it on hire for tourists; .
