41. Amendment of Schedule I In the Wealth-tax Act, in Part I of Schedule I, - (a) in item (1), in the proviso, for the letters and figures Rs. 1,00,000 , at both the places where they occur, the letters and figures Rs. 1,50,000 shall be substituted; (b) in item (2), - (i) in the opening portion, for the words, letters and figures assessment year exceeds Rs. 1,00,000 , the words, letters and figures assessment year exceeds Rs. 1,50,000 shall be substituted; (ii) in the proviso, for the letters and figures Rs. 1,00,000 , at both the places where they occur, the letters and figures Rs. 1,50,000 shall be substituted.
