Section 33 - Insertion of new section 269RR - Finance Act, 1986

33. Insertion of new section 269RR In the Income-tax Act, after section 269R, the following section shall be inserted with effect from the 1st day of October, 1986, namely :- 269RR. Chapter not to apply where transfer of immovable property made after a certain date. - The provisions of this Chapter shall not apply to or in relation to the transfer of any immovable property made after the 30th day of September, 1986. .
