66. Amendment of section 245K In section 245K of the Income-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of June, 1987, - (a) in clause (ii), the word or shall be added at the end; (b) after clause (ii), the following clause shall be inserted, namely :- (iii) the case of such person is sent back to the Income-tax Officer by the Settlement Commission under section 245HA. .
