Section 94 - Amendment of Act 1 of 1944 - Finance Act, 1987

Excise 94. Amendment of Act 1 of 1944 In section 37 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944 (hereinafter referred to as the Central Excises Act), in sub-section (2), after clause (xvia), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:-- (xvib) provide for the giving of credit of sums of money with respect to raw materials used in the manufacture of excisable goods; .
