95. Amendment of section 6. In section 6 of the Interest-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of October, 1991, - (a) in sub-section (2), for the words scheduled banks , the words credit institutions shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (2), for the words, figures and letters after the 31st day of March, 1985 , the words, figures and letters during the period commencing on the 1st day of April, 1985 and ending with the 30th day of September, 1991 shall be substituted.
