74. Amendment of section 29. In section 29 of the Wealth-tax Act, with effect from the 1st day of October, 1998,- (a) in sub-section (1), for the words and figures under section 27 , the words, figures and letter under section 27 or an appeal filed under section 27A shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (2), after the word and figures section 27 , the words, brackets, figures and letter or in sub-section (7) of section 27A shall be inserted.
