11. Repeal and saving. (1) The Income-tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 1996 (Ord. 32 of 1996) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the Income-tax (Second Amendment) Ordinance, 1996 (Ord. 32 of 1996), anything done or any action taken under the Income-tax Act, as amended by the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the Income-tax Act, as amended by this Act.
