Section 1 - Short title and commencement - Income Tax (Amendment) Act, 1999

THE INCOME-TAX AMENDMENT CT, 1999 No. 28 of 1999 [16th November, 1999.] An Act further to amend the Income-tax Act, 1961. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fiftieth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title and commencement. (1) This Act may be called the Income-tax (Amendment) Act, 1999. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of July, 1999.
