69. Amendment of section 35. In section 35 of the Wealth-tax Act, in sub-section (7), with effect from the 1st day of October, 1984 (i) in clause (a), for the words from the date of the order paused in the first appeal or revision , the words from the end of the financial year in which the order was passed in the first appeal or revision shall be substituted; (ii) in clause (b), for the words from the date of the order sought to be amended , the words from the end of the financial year in which the order sought to be amended was pissed shall be substituted.
